A digital government platform developed to receive and manage user complaints related to public services. The platform allows users to submit and track complaints in a structured manner and is supervised by the Human Rights Commission to ensure transparency and the protection of beneficiaries’ rights. The project aims to enhance the quality of government services and strengthen trust between official entities and the community.

An intelligent drone-based system developed to support lost and found departments within buildings, particularly outside official working hours. The project utilizes drones to assist authorized teams in search and monitoring tasks inside facilities using smart technologies. It aims to speed up the recovery of lost items and improve response efficiency during periods when direct human supervision is limited.
